Application Requirements (applies to all applicants):
- Gross income must be greater than 3 times the rent
- Credit score greater than 579
- No Bankruptcies in the last FIVE years.
- Most recent 3 Months Proof of Income
- Verified satisfactory rental history (no evictions, less than 3 late payments per year)
- Security Deposit in certified funds is required at lease signing.
- Application Fee of $50.00, per Adult, anyone over the age of 18 years old residing in the home. Applicants must be ready to provide Employment Verification as well as understand that a lower Credit Score could be considered with solid rental history, no evictions,and a higher security deposit.
- Leasing Fee of $50 to be paid by the tenant at time of lease signing.
